Bones are similar to muscles in their response to weight training. I can help you safely and progressively load your bones and stimulate muscle mass and bone density.

My goal is to help you exercise safely, enjoyably, and regularly.

Staying active never gets old!
PARTNER PERSONAL TRAINING

RATES

$60/ person per session
$50/ person per session x 10 sessions = $1000
Partner training includes training with a spouse, partner, friend, family member, or coworker.
Two people working together with one trainer can boost motivation and adherence to exercise, as well as lower the cost of training.
Partner workouts tend to be enjoyable and fun, which can lead to more challenging sessions, improved physical fitness, strength, and endurance.

Each participant receives individualized attention and guidance.
SEMI PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

RATES

$40 per person per session for groups of three training together.
$30 per person per session for groups of four training together.
Semi-private or small group personal training offers older adults a cost-effective and socially engaging way to improve their fitness. Train with two to three other people—friends, coworkers, spouses, or partners.

Semi-private sessions provide personalized attention, motivation, and a sense of community while being more affordable than one-on-one training. Please note that the cost per participant varies depending on class size. The maximum class size is four people.
An important aspect of exercising with others is it can foster friendships and a supportive environment.
PICKLEBALL STRENGTH AND AGILITY TRAINING

RATES
$90 per session one on one
With my customized strength, flexibility, and agility exercises, you can enhance power in your shots, improve reaction time, and help prevent common injuries.

Pickleball requires agility, power, and endurance, as well as specialized training designed to increase performance on the court.
This program focuses on building strength, mobility, and injury resilience specific to pickleball. Unlike general fitness training, my approach emphasizes the movements, flexibility, and endurance required to move faster, hit harder, and play longer.
BONE DENSITY IMPROVEMENT TRAINING

RATES
$90 per session (60 minutes)
$60 per session (40 minutes)
For women aged 50 and older with osteoporosis, I use evidence-based exercises to enhance balance, improve functional abilities, and strengthen muscles, thereby increasing bone density and reducing fractures. Best evidence reveals that medication alone is not ideal, and in some cases, it can be deleterious and is associated with increased bone fracture risk.

After a thorough assessment of your strength, flexibility, and functional ability, I provide baseline measures, goal-setting, and a customized program to help you feel stronger, safer, and injury-free.

I can further tailor bone density improvement programs for those with arthritis.

Movement is medicine for both of these conditions.

KYPHOSIS CORRECTION AND IMPROVED POSTURE TRAINING

RATES

$60 per session (40 minutes)
